I use it (1-2 gr) in my fruit and vegetable smoothies with amino acids or whey and turmeric and ginger. The ascorbic acid along with the polyphenols prevents the formation of nitrosamines by the binding of nitrates to amines. The amino acids I use are the unflavored ones from HSN to avoid the sucralose with undesirable effects on the intestinal microbiota.
Lo utilizo ( 1-2 gr) en mis batidos de frutas y verduras con aminoácidos o suero de leche y cúrcuma y jengibre. El acido ascórbico junto con los polifenoles evita la formación de nitrosaminas por la unión de los nitratos con las aminas. Los aminoácidos que utilizo son los de sin sabor de HSN para evitar la sucralosa con efectos indeseables en la microbiota intestinal
