Effective vitamin C powder, better and cheaper than in capsules. The taste, although a little sour, is pleasant. I take half a gram together with a gram of magnesium citrate half an hour before breakfast and half an hour after. I would prefer the packaging to be a little wider, as it is difficult to remove the product without getting some powder caught in your hand. The solution is to transfer the product to a pot.
Efectiva vitamina C en polvo, mejor y más barata que en cápsulas. El sabor aunque un poco ácido es agradable. Tomo medio gramo junto a un gramo de citrato de magnesio media hora antes de desayunar y media hora después. El envase preferiría que fuera un poco más ancho, ya que se hace difícil sustraer el producto sin que se te quede algo de polvo enganchado en la mano, solución; derivar el producto a un pote.
