This protein isolate has a good dissolution similar to casein (logical being 80% casein), and very good macros. For mixing with other flavorings, it is good... although be careful with the Bolero that I think that because of the xanthan it sometimes amalgamates and seems to be cut.

The milk ratio
It is a milk protein isolate with the natural proportion of milk protein (80% casein, 20% whey). Interesting if one is looking for a pure product without colorings, flavorings, sweeteners and other additives. Predominantly slow digestion but with that touch of fast. It is advisable to take it with oatmeal or similar, but with cinnamon, cocoa powder... Both to give it flavor and to facilitate its dissolution, which is the problem that these pure raw materials usually have, at least when you want to mix them with water.
Se trata de un aislado de proteína de leche con la proporción natural de la misma (80% caseína, 20% suero). Interesante si uno busca un producto puro y sin colorantes, saborizantes, edulcorantes y otros añadidos. De digestión predominantemente lenta pero con ese toque de rápida. Recomendable tomarlo con harina de avena o similar, sino con canela, cacao en polvo...Tanto por darle sabor como por facilitar su disolución, que es el problema que suelen tener estar materias primas tan puras, al menos al querer mezclarlas con agua.
