If you are lazy when it comes to making breakfast and you are in a gaining period, especially if you don't have a natural tendency to gain weight, it is a perfect product. I chose the choco-biscuit flavor and it is very good. Best of all, of the gainers I have used, it is the one that dissolves the easiest (even without a shaker, with a large glass and spoon).
Si eres vago a la hora de hacerte el desayuno y estás en periodo de ganancia, especialmente si no tienes tendencia natural a coger peso, es un producto perfecto. I do not recommend strawberry banana flavor
Good and cheap product, there are good flavors like chocolate and chocolate cookies but the strawberry banana flavor in my opinion could be improved, it is a very chemical flavor.

I tried the cookie flavor and it is delicious! Very easy to drink and seems to be of high quality. The only small flaw I would put is that with cold milk from the fridge, you can get a little lumpy, but nothing annoying. I recommend it.
