Do it yourself
I chose it for simplicity, and in that it fulfills, although I think there are better alternatives. If you need/want to take a weight gainer I think you can take different products separately and make it more to your liking: flour, prot, vitamins... and complete with some amino acids.
Lo elegí por simplicidad, y en eso cumple, aunque creo que hay mejores alternativas.
Si necesitas/quieres tomar un ganador de peso creo que puedes coger distintos productos por separado y hacerlo mas a tu gusto: harina, protes, vitaminas... y completar con algunos aminoácidos.

Good but cloying
The mixture looks like a colacao, including its lumps, I like that. But the chocolate flavor is perhaps too cloying. It is the first and only one I have tried, when I buy again I will do it with another flavor.
La mezcla queda como si fuese un colacao, incluyendo sus grumos, eso me gusta. Pero el de sabor a chocolate quizá es muy empalagoso. Es el primero y único que he probado, cuando vuelva a comprar lo haré con otro sabor.
