I chose it for simplicity, and in that it fulfills, although I think there are better alternatives. If you need/want to take a weight gainer I think you can take different products separately and make it more to your liking: flour, prot, vitamins... and complete with some amino acids.

Lo elegí por simplicidad, y en eso cumple, aunque creo que hay mejores alternativas. Si necesitas/quieres tomar un ganador de peso creo que puedes coger distintos productos por separado y hacerlo mas a tu gusto: harina, protes, vitaminas... y completar con algunos aminoácidos.

Good weight gainer

It works well, especially when you are short of food and don't have time to cook.

Good gainer

The product works. It dissolves well, the white chocolate-lemon flavor is very good, smooth and you do not get tired of it. The formats are complicated when there is little quantity left. Recommended product.

Good but cloying

The mixture looks like a colacao, including its lumps, I like that. But the chocolate flavor is perhaps too cloying. It is the first and only one I have tried, when I buy again I will do it with another flavor.

La mezcla queda como si fuese un colacao, incluyendo sus grumos, eso me gusta. Pero el de sabor a chocolate quizá es muy empalagoso. Es el primero y único que he probado, cuando vuelva a comprar lo haré con otro sabor.
