I always use it before going to sleep to take advantage of its benefits. this one has digezyme which makes it easier to digest. i like the taste of crema catalana very much. i usually consume it with water or milk in the form of a mouse, adding the liquid little by little. with a little patience, a very good texture is achieved.

First time with casein
It's the first time I take casein and so far so good. It mixes great, the amount comes out with little milk and the texture is very good. As for satiety I notice a little more than with protein whey but I'm still adjusting doses. The speculoos flavor is great!
Es la primera vez que tomo caseina y de momento muy bien. Se mezcla genial, sale cantidad con poca leche y la textura está muy conseguida. En cuanto a saciedad noto un pelín más que con la protein whey pero aún estoy ajustando dosis. El sabor speculoos va genial!
