I have 5 wrist operations, I do sports daily and some movements (with weights and such) bothered me and the truth is that since I take it I notice some improvement ... first I tried the apple and is great and now I have watermelon and also very successful!!!! I will continue trying flavors, but I recommend it 100%.
Tengo 5 operaciones de muñeca, hago deporte a diario y algunos movimientos ( con pesas y tal) me molestaban y la verdad que desde que lo tomo me noto algo de mejoría... primero probé el de manzana y está buenísimo y ahora tengo de sandía y también muy conseguido!!! One day searching the web I found this and I decided to buy it, I've been giving it to my mother for a few weeks and I also take it myself and I must say that it is wonderful, I have noticed that the little discomfort that I had in my knees when I did long runs have disappeared, in the case of my mother I can only guess that it has an effect, she has dementia, but when she walks she no longer complains about her knee, something that before when walking with her for 1 kilometer she used to start complaining, now we walk more and she is so happy and she does not notice any discomfort, lameness or anything, and if I ask her several times she tells me that it does not bother her although the latter is not very reliable, to be honest. I have to say that doctors care little about the patients and more if they are older and even more if they have dementia, before I had a hard time to get her to take the 6 pills a day of collagen, with this she takes it in a moment dissolved, the only thing is the flavor, I bought it lemon and I do not dislike it but she is not convinced, but that is another story.
Un día buscando por la web me apareció esto y me decidí a comprarlo, llevo unas semanas que se lo doy a mi madre y también me lo tomo yo y he de decir que es una maravilla, yo he notado que me han desaparecido las pequeñas molestias que tenía en las rodillas cuando hacía las tiradas largas corriendo, en el caso de mi madre sólo puedo intuir que le hace efecto, tiene demencia, pero al pasear ya no se queja de su rodilla, cosa que antes al andar con ella 1 kilómetro ya solía empezar a quejarse, ahora andamos más y ella tan feliz y no se le nota molestia, cojera ni nada, y si la pregunto varias veces me dice que no le molesta aunque esto último es poco fiable la verdad.
He de decir que a los médicos les importan poco los pacientes y más si son mayores y ya ni te cuento con demencia, antes las pasaba canutas para que se tomase las 6 pastillas al día de colágeno, con esto se lo toma en un momento disuelto, lo único el sabor, lo compré de limón y a mi no me disgusta pero a ella no le convence, pero eso es otra historia
