I always take this supplement because it is prescribed by my doctor, along with other things, since I have several osteoarthritis. Of the ones I have tried, this is the one I notice the most. I also notice improvement in my skin. I don't like the apple flavor, but it's normal, it's collagen, so no matter how many flavors it has, the background flavor is there. Important: it also contains vitamin C. Very good product.
Siempre tomo este suplemento porque me lo manda mi doctor, junto con otras cosas, ya que tengo varias artrosis. De los que he probado, éste es el que noto más. También noto mejora en la piel. El sabor manzana no me gusta, pero normal, es colágeno, así que por mas aromas que tenga, el sabor de fondo está ahí. Importante: tiene también vitamina C. Muy buen producto.
