I notice improvement in joints
I am very fond of doing piston squat on leg days and before I started taking collagen, I noticed more fatigue in the knee during the following days of recovery, now I notice much better knees and even notice improvement in my shoulder, which I have always had something delicate. Soy muy aficionado a hacer piston squat los días de pierna y antes de empezar a tomar colágeno, notaba mayor cansancio en la rodilla durante los siguientes días de recuperación, ahora noto mucho mejor las rodillas e incluso noto mejora en mi hombro, que siempre lo he tenido algo delicado.
Sabor manzana muy bueno, suave y se nota muy poco el sabor original del colágeno hidrolizado, pero la parte de manzana está rica, igual con otros sabores se disimula mejor el sabor del colágeno.

Lleva lo que tiene que llevar (hay mucha tontería con esto de los colágenos, para justificar precios astronómicos)
Con este llevo ya tiempo y puedo afirmar que se nota y mucho en la piel, luminosa y tersa, el pelo, que apenas se cae y crece a velocidad (lo que requiere retocar raíces mucho más a menudo, una feliz desventaja), las uñas mucho más fuertes y crecen doble rápido (ídem para retoque de esmalte)
Para el deporte funciona muy bien: entreno intenso, cero agujetas y sin dolor
Disolución completa con unas batidas en shaker, sabor delicioso, a refresco
Recomiendo invertir en el paquete de kilo, que sale súper precio y dura infinito

I have been taking it and it seems to have been good for my joints, although it has to be a sustained process over time, berries flavor is good, something different from the usual orange and lemon.
