Rich and easy to drink
I take it every morning with half a glass of water so that it dissolves well and then I add cold water. I have only been taking it for a couple of months but I recommend it.

Highly efficient collagen
I have been buying this collagen for years and the truth is that I am very happy with the results, my joints do not hurt when I do sports and it keeps my skin, nails and hair healthy. The pineapple and lemon flavors are my favorites.

I tried the smaller format and will definitely order again later, I loved the pineapple flavor. I used to drink it at night or in the afternoon and it was great, it doesn't go bad and it's good (if you don't overdo it with the water so that the flavor is not so diluted).
Probé el formato más pequeño y sin duda volveré a pedir mas adelante, me encantó el sabor de piña. Yo me lo tomaba por las noches o por las tardes y genial, no cae mal y está bueno (si no te pasas con el agua para que no quede tan diluido el sabor).
