I bought two flavors, chocolate chip cookies and iced coffee. I like them both, they are not heavy. They dissolve well and give me no digestibility problems. Highly recommended. The values are very good, one of the best I've seen on the market.

The chocolate flavor is okay, but I've tasted better. Chocolate cookies are ok. The packaging to me does not close perfectly once opened (as it does the glutamine I bought, for example) Otherwise, good price, dissolves well, and the effectiveness will have to be assessed over time but has a good composition on paper. I feel good, I imagine it helps that it does not have lactose of which my body is not very friendly.
El sabor chocolate está bien, pero he probado mejores. Chocolate galletas correcto. El packaging a mí no me cierra perfectamente una vez abierto (como sí lo hace el de glutamina que compré, por ejemplo)
Por lo demás, buen precio, se disuelve bien, y la efectividad habrá que valorarla con el tiempo pero tiene una buena composición sobre el papel. Me sienta bien, imagino que ayuda que no tiene lactosa de la que mi cuerpo no es muy amigo.
