Since I tried this protein I don't want any other. A 10 in everything. I tried the cotton candy flavor because there was no other. I thought it was going to be more cloying but no, it is super smooth.

My favorite flavors at the moment are vanilla and speculoos. I love this protein, it dissolves great. Mind you, I find them very sweet and often mix them in equal parts with unflavored protein. They are great.

So far I have tried the chocolate and the chocolate and cookie ones and I'm sticking with the latter. It comes in a powder that is very easy to mix with water and I think it is basic to take this supplement even if you do not train to keep your daily protein level at its proper level and avoid starting to lose muscle without you realizing it unless you eat huge amounts of meat, chicken and others, but taking the protein in this format we avoid overloading the digestive system by having to digest and process so much solid food.
Hasta el momento he probado las de chocolate y las de chocolate y galletas y me quedo con éste último.
Viene en un polvo que resulta muy sencillo de mezclar con el agua y creo que es básico tomar este suplemento aunque no entrenes para mantener tu nivel de proteína diario en su nivel adecuado y evitar empezar a perder músculo sin que te des cuenta a menos que comas cantidades de carne, pollo y demás enormes, pero tomando la proteína en este formato evitamos no sobrecargas tanto al aparato digestivo al tener que digerir y procesar tanta comida sólida.
