Good protein but not the best. I prefer the isolate, but for the price, and in between, it serves the purpose. As for the packaging, if it's over 1kg it's a nuisance and the seal tends to get damaged. Jars are a thousand times better for me.
Boa proteína mas não a melhor. Prefiro a isolada mas pelo preço, e para intercalar, serve o propósito. Relativamente à embalagem, se for acima de 1kg é incomoda e o fecho tende a estragar-se. Em frascos é mil vezes melhor para mim.
