Virtually any flavor is good, you can tell it is quality protein. The only thing to keep in mind is that (some flavors more than others) it is difficult to dilute the protein well, so it is advisable to shake it for a while or even whisk it.

I only buy protein at HSN because it is the most economical, besides being great. I highly recommend the flavors White Chocolate and Peanut, White Chocolate and Lemon, Caribbean Vanilla and Lotus (speculoos). They dissolve very well in milk and yogurt.
