I have been taking it for 3 years now, and at the beginning I noticed a little more energy while training, I don't know if it is a placebo effect but since it has so many studies in its favor and is cheap I think it is worth its use.

Good product at a good price.
I have tried several brands. This one is one of the best value for money. Like all of them, it dissolves poorly in water, but in juice it is quite acceptable. The packaging is clean and easily airtight, so you don't waste product or stain everything with powder. As for the effects of creatine, it is what we already know, a little extra energy in strength training.
