Excellent
From not taking creatine to taking it is a world of difference. You look bigger, you perform better and above all I have noticed less stiffness after hard training sessions. I tried creatine monohydrate (not creapure) before and I didn't notice much difference between the two, but having the Creapure certification gives me more security and the difference in money is not so much.
De no tomar creatina a tomarla es un mundo. Te ves más grande, rindes más y sobretodo yo he notado menor intensidad en las agujetas después de sesiones duras de entrenamiento. Probé antes la creatina monohidrato (no creapure) y no termino de notar mucho la diferencia entre ambas, pero teniendo la certificación Creapure me da más seguridad y no es tanta la diferencia en dinero.

Es una pena que nunca hay disponible, tuve suerte de pillarla antes de la subida de precio y es bestial. La pongo en el batido y es energía instantánea, parece que tome café. Durante el día estoy más activa y en el gimnasio lo noto muchísimo, el cuerpo me pide más cargas y trabajando mejor . Se disuelve muy bien. Ojalá viniera el bote
