I have been taking it for a couple of years now and I have to say that I have increased my muscle proportion from 35 to more than 37 kg (according to the InBody body composition scale), it may not seem much, but for a person of 72 kg. weight and 61 years old I think it is fine, I will continue taking it.

Great supplement
I write above all so that if you do a blood test taking creatine you do not get a scare if they tell you that your kidneys are malfunctioning. When you take creatine, creatinine appears, which is an indicator of poor renal filtration. Tell your doctor that you are taking creatine and if he/she keeps telling you that you have a bad kidney, change your doctor. Great, safe and quality supplement from HSN.
Escribo sobretodo para si os hacéis una analítica tomando creatina no os lleveis un susto si os dicen que vuestro riñones funciona mal. Al tomar creatina aparece creatinina que es indicador de mal filtrado renal. Decirle a vuestro médico que tomais creatina y si os sigue diciendo que tenéis mal el riñon, cambiar de médico. Gran suplemento, seguro y de calidad el de HSN

Not the best option
It is difficult (almost impossible) to dissolve, the bag has an easy-opener but it breaks even if you follow the instructions and it is more expensive than the simpler one, which I think is more effective.
