Not without my creatine, Creapure label.
Without creatine, recovery is slower, plus, in my case, I do notice an improvement in the effort, in terms of muscle building. To move weight. Besides, since this is the only supplement with so much scientific evidence behind it, it should be a must in your athlete's pantry. I take it straight away: a scoop and then water. Since it doesn't taste of anything, it doesn't bother me that way.
Sin la creatina, la recuperación es más lenta, además de que, en mi caso, yo sí noto una mejora en el esfuerzo, en lo que se refiere a la musculación. A mover peso. Además, siendo este el único suplemento con tanta evidencia científica detrás, debe ser un obligado en tu despensa de deportista. Me lo tomo directamente: cacito y agua a continuación. Como no sabe a nada, no me molesta así.
