If there is a supplement that should never fail, it is undoubtedly creatine. It is 100% effective and if you add that it is Creapure, the quality is there. Its disadvantage is that it is difficult to dissolve and the taste is not pleasant.
Si hay un suplemento que nunca debe fallar, sin duda es la creatina. Eficaz al 100% y si le sumas que es Creapure, la calidad la tienes. Su contra es que cuesta de disolver y el sabor no es agradable.
