It is the first time taking creatine, I mix it with the protein after training because it has no flavor does not mix with the protein, and is not giving me stomach problems. Waiting for the time to pass to see better results.

It does not dissolve in the indicated water and remains as sand at the bottom of the shaker.
No termina de disolverse en el agua indicada y se queda como arena en el fondo del shaker.
Hello Gonzalo, thank you for your comment. Inform you that creatine monohydrate, given its characteristics, does not dissolve completely, but in this case it does have good solubility due to the minimum particle diameter (200 Mesh) of the creatine powder. Best regards.
