Good creatine
It is the first time I take creatine in my life and I have opted for this brand. It has a neutral taste, a little bit bitter, it's a little hard to mix with water. I prefer to take it with protein, but I am noticing the results. I will buy it again.

It has no taste, my performance has increased since I've been taking it for a while. If I had to put a but, it would be the bag format and not in jar. As it runs out, it becomes more difficult to get to the bottom of the bag.
No tiene sabor, mi rendimiento a aumentado desde llevé un tiempo tomándola. Si tuviese que poner un pero, sería el formato bolsa y no en tarro. Que a medida que se acaba va siendo más difícil poder coger el fondo de la bolsa.
