It really shows
I started taking it on the recommendation of my trainer. And really after about 3 weeks you notice how you recover better from workouts and you can improve your times. We do crossfit and go running. Everything has improved and I feel more rested. Others in the group have started taking it with the same sensations.

Quality
It is a minimalist product, I like that its quality and purity is clear from the moment you see the package, without strident and unnecessary information. I notice its effect, and it arrived in a day, the only negative point I can give is that its neutral taste is somewhat bitter, nothing that is not solved by mixing it with juice or protein instead of water. Its grain does not dissolve completely but you take it and absorb it easily.
Es un producto minimalista, me gusta que queda claro su calidad y pureza desde que ves el paquete, sin información estridente e innecesaria. Noto su efecto, y llegó en un día, el único punto menos negativo que puedo dar es que su sabor neutro es algo amargo, nada que no se solucione mezclándolo con zumo o proteína en vez de agua. Su grano no se disuelve por completo pero lo tomas y absorbes fácil.
