I received one as a gift with an order and the next time I bought 10, I loved the apple flavor. I do a lot of hiking and I found it to be a very good option, lots of energy with little weight. Despite being dense (like almost all bars, unless they are gummie type) it is not too compact. It is advisable to take it with a little liquid or to eat it progressively so that it is not difficult to eat.

Pese a ser densas (como casi todas las barritas, salvo que sean tipo gummie) no es demasiado compacta. Sí que conviene tomarla con un poco de líquido o ir comiéndola progresivamente para que no cueste comerla.
