Very good quality and reasonable price, this vegan protein is very worthwhile, recommended if you do not reach the Whey budget. As always the ZIP does not close once opened, something already mythical in HSN.
Calidad muy correcta y precio contenido, merece mucho la pena esta proteina vegana, recomendable si no llegas al presupuesto del Whey. Como siempre el ZIP no cierra una vez abierto, algo ya mítico en HSN.

I bought it because I was found to be lactose sensitive, but in my case I did not like it at all. My husband did and very much so, and he was the one who consumed it.

Whole rice protein not very tasty but very useful for muscle building and muscle recovery. I recommend dampening the flavor with flavorings.

It is fine if you want a vegetable protein that has no taste, to add it to anything (a porridge, a smoothie...). The presentation with the zip envelopes is the same as all products, which does not open and close well. It is better to put it in a jar and apañao.
Está bien si quieres una proteína vegetal que no tenga sabor, para añadirla a cualquier cosa (un porridge, un batido...). La presentación con los sobres de zip es lo mismo que todos los productos, que no abre y cierra bien. Es mejor ponerla en un bote y apañao.

Highly recommended
I always buy the unflavored 2kg because then I like to do with it and give it the flavors I want without having to be always with the same flavor. This for me is the most neutral I've ever gotten and it's also very thin so it's great in smoothies. Even for cooking it is a good option too. I prefer it to soy or pea.
Compro siempre la sin sabor de 2kg porque luego me gusta hacer con ella y darle los sabores que quiera no tener que estar siempre con el mismo sabor.
Esta para mi es la mas neutra que he conseguido ademas es muy finita asi que en batidos queda genial. Hasta para cocinar es una buena opción tambien. Yo la prefiero a la de soja o la de guisante.

Aminogram quite complete
Little gritty, but having a fairly complete aminogram is worth it, the secret is to mix it with another vegetable protein (I do it with chickpea, lentil or pea protein).
Poco arenosa, pero al tener un aminograma bastante completo merece la pena, el secreto es mezclarla con otra proteína vegetal (lo hago con la de garbanzo, lenteja o de guisante).
