I take whey and casein daily, but out of curiosity I tried this protein and it was a success! I love to take it in the evenings with warm milk because it reminds me of cereal cravings, but with protein intake. Great.

Very good protein
I have been using it for a long time, and it suits me very well. I use it after training and for cooking as a thickener. I have tried many proteins and most of them felt bad because of all the added things (flavors, sweeteners etc) and since it is vegetable it does not contain lactose. I do buy unflavored.
Hace mucho que la uso, y me sienta muy bien. La uso después de entrenar y para cocinar como espesante. He probado muchas proteínas y la mayoría me sentían mal por todo las cosas añadidos (sabores, edulcorantes etc) y al ser vegetal no contiene lactosa. Eso sí yo compro sin sabor.

The taste is neutral and the protein is not earthy. I liked it added to matcha tea. I do not rule out using it to thicken sauces. I was surprised. What I don't like is having to buy half a kilo.
