It is a good product and the capsules are easy to swallow. Although it depends on how you take them and the moment, they can repeat. Es un buen producto y las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar. Aunque depende cómo las tomes y el momento, pueden llegar a repetir. Si las tomas mezcladas con las comidas a mi al menos ya no me repiten.
