I have been using it for months. I like the presentation. The softgels are a bit big but it is not a problem. You just have to swallow it with enough water.

I haven't noticed the benefits yet because I've only been taking them for a week. They are easy to swallow though, I only take two per GG accompanying with a diet rich in fish. I will see in the future whether to increase to 3 cps. Top quality price
