Delighted with the product
I still can't speak of any noticeable effects from taking Omega 3 but I know that it will provide me with the minimum I need since I don't get it from food. In the future I will consider taking 3 capsules a day as my partner has been doing for a year. It is very convenient and easy to swallow, I recommend it.
Todavía no puedo hablar de efectos notorios por la toma de Omega 3 pero sé que me va a aportar el mínimo que necesito ya que no lo obtengo de la alimentación.
