My general opinion about this product is quite or very good. The inclusion of Omega 3 in our diet is even endorsed by the Spanish Heart Foundation, with all the benefits of this contribution to the body, I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night, the ideal in my case. I combine it with red rice yeast with monacolin and coenzyme q10; with diet and supplementation, triglycerides and cholesterol have been put in very good values, out of risks already.
Mi opinión general sobre este producto es bastante o muy buena. La inclusión del Omega 3 en nuestra dieta está incluso avalado por la Fundación Española del Corazón, con todos los beneficios que supone este aporte al organismo, yo me tomo 1 por la mañana y 1 por la noche, lo ideal en mi caso.
Lo combino con levadura de arroz rojo con monacolina y coenzima q10; con dieta y la suplementación, los triglicéridos y el colesterol se han puesto en valores muy buenos, fuera de riesgos ya.
