I recommend its purchase but much better if it is IFOS certified as it does not have omega 3 oxidation.

It is the Omega 3 that I usually use because the size of the capsule, without being small, is not huge, and most importantly, it does not repeat or give me burning as it has happened to me with other fish oils.
