Better the ultra

It's okay, but the ratio of dha and epa is a bit low. The ultra is twice as expensive, but has twice as much dha and epa. It would be nice if they put the latter in packs.

Está bien, pero la proporción de dha y epa es un poco escasa. El ultra vale el doble de caro, pero tiene el doble de dha y epa. Estaría bien que los pusieran estos últimos en packs.

These supplements are great if you don't get a lot of oily fish in your diet. The only failure I had is ordering the 1000mg capsules because they are too short for my body weight, now I have ordered the 4000mg capsules and I will only have to take one capsule a day.

Estos suplementos están genial si no metes mucho pescado azul en tu dieta. El único fallo que tuve es pedir las cápsulas de 1000mg porque se me quedan cortas para mi peso corporal, ahora he pedido las de 4000 y solo tendré que tomarme una cápsula al día.
