Omega 3: what it is
It has been super good for me to maintain a proper omega-3 intake at a time when I have not been able to take it from sources such as fish or some nuts. I can't say I've noticed an improvement in anything per se, as I've taken it while using creatine and in my case creatine has also worked great for me.
