Digests well, neutral flavor

It dissolves and digests well, I think my legs hurt less when I climb up the mountain passes (cycling), although I was already strong before I started taking it.

Se disuelve y se digiere bien, creo que me duelen menos las piernas al subir los puertos (ciclismo) , aunque ya estaba fuerte antes de empezar a tomarlo

Good extra energy supply

I bought it on the recommendation of the personal trainer and it is indeed a little extra help to get better results when you want to go a little further and need that energy boost. I have not found it anywhere else but HSN.

La compré por recomendación del entrenador personal y efectivamente es una pequeña ayuda extra para obtener mejores resultados cuando uno quiere ir un poco más allá y necesita de ese aporte de energía. No la he encontrado en ningún otro sitio más que en HSN.
