Exactly what you expect
No additives, simply cluster dextrin, which provides fast carbohydrates evenly during longer sessions, does not burden the digestion, thus does not trigger nausea and can keep the performance up. Precisely because the brain can't access glycogen, but relies on blood sugar - so you can train hard to the max, well supplied. For me, the best intra-workout carbohydrate source and this product from HSN I have nothing to complain about. Is just a branded raw material, therefore always the same quality.
Keine Zusätze, einfach Clusterdextrin, das bei längeren Einheiten gleichmäßig schnelle Kohlenhydrate liefert, nicht die Verdauung belastet, damit keine Übelkeit auslöst und die Leistungen oben halten kann. Gerade weil das Gehirn nicht auf Glykogen zugreifen kann, sondern auf Blutzucker angewiesen ist - so kann man gut versorgt maximal hart trainieren.
Für mich die beste Intra-Workout Kohlenhydratquelle und an diesem Produkt von HSN habe ich nichts zu meckern. Ist eben ein Markenrohstoff, daher immer gleich von der Qualität.

Eine wirkliche Wirksamkeit konnte ich noch nicht wahrnehmen. Es war eher für das Gegenteil, das ich dadurch eher gleichviel Energie und müder zum Ende des Trainings wurde.
Ich habe es mit EVO EAA's und BCAA's gemischt gehabt im Verhältnis von 50:25:5 Gramm.

I recommend to athletes who are not elite but want to have the same recovery of them. It is not taken daily or much less, only after intense workouts (series). A bit expensive compared to other carbohydrates but it works best for me and its neutral flavor is the best, some sweeten the shake too much like maltodextrin.
