I have not noticed much difference compared to Maltodextrin, which I usually use. It does not flavor the sports drink, but for the price, I prefer Maltodextrin. Perhaps, in more demanding exercise it is better.

No he notado gran diferencia respecto a la Maltodextrina, que suelo utilizar. No da sabor a la bebida deportiva, pero por el precio, prefiero la Maltodextrina. Tal vez, en ejercicio más exigente sí sea mejor.
