Great option

I take it as an intra-workout and after training, it works better than amylopectin because when I take it in large quantities, cyclodextrin does not hurt my stomach, which amylopectin does.

La tomo como intra entreno y después del entrenamiento, me va mejor que la amilopectina puesto que al tomarla en cantidades grandes la ciclodextrina a mí no me hace daño al estómago, cosa que la amilopectina sí.
