I use HSN Maltodextrin to make my own isotonic and intra-workout drink along with other slow and fast absorbing carbohydrates (palatinose, fructose), electrolytes and depending on the type of training I add caffeine. The CHO's in a 2:0.8:0.8 ratio (malt, palatine, fructose), electrolytes and caffeine according to the label recommendation. The presentation, as in other products with this packaging, does not convince me. Being so big, there comes a time when you have to put your whole hand with the scoop. Anyway, totally recommended.
La Maltodextrina de HSN la uso para elaborar mi propia bebida isotónica y intraentreno junto con otros carbohidratos de absorción lenta y rápida (palatinosa, fructosa), electrolítos y según el tipo de entreno le añado cafeína. Los CHO en proporción 2:0,8:0,8 (malto, pala, fructosa), los electrolitos y la cafeína según recomendación de la etiqueta. La presentación, como en otros productos con este envase, no me acaba de convencer. Al ser tan grande, llega un momento que tienes que meter la mano entera con el scoop.
De todos modos, totalmente recomendada.
