Digests without problems (which is the most important thing!)
We could talk about the presentation, the texture, the solubility, and the macros... but here the important thing is how your stomach and your training receive it... and in that it is EXCELLENT! it is definitely worth buying with peace of mind... I buy it unflavored by default to mix it with other supplements without affecting the palatability... but I highly recommend it.
Podríamos hablar de la presentación, de la textura, de la solubilidad, y de los macros... pero aquí lo importante es como lo recibe tu estomago y tu entrenamiento... y en eso es EXCELENTE! sin duda merece la pena comprar con tranquilidad... I use it as a pre-workout meal when I have little time to digest, you can mix it with flavored oatmeal and it doesn't taste like shoe polish. I do miss that there are flavored options. I've read that some people take it post workout, I don't know, I prefer a ham sandwich. It dissolves well and the price is very cheap.
Lo uso como comida pre-entreno cuando tengo poco tiempo para hacer la digestión, lo puedes juntar con harina de avena con sabor a algo y así no te sabe a suela de zapato. Hecho en falta que haya opciones con sabor.
He leído que hay gente lo toma post entreno, no sé, yo prefiero un bocadillo de jamón serrano.
