Little to say, a correct maltodextrin and good price, to me personally to pass 50gr feels bad for my stomach that does not tolerate it well is not the fault of the product, if you have a delicate stomach 30-40gr post workout with your 30-40 gr of whey protein + your creatine and you notice the best possible recovery.
Poco que decir, una maltodextrina correcta y buen precio, a mi personalmente pasar de 50gr me sienta mal por mi estómago que no lo tolera bien no es culpa del producto, si tienes el estómago delicado 30-40gr postentreno junto a tus 30-40 gr de proteínas whey + tu creatina y notas la mejor recuperación posible

Good carbohydrate intake
I use it for my long trail runs and it works great. Good carbohydrate supply that dissolves well in water. I recommend dissolving it in water and then putting it in the fridge if you want it colder.
