It accomplishes the purpose 100%. I use it as an intra workout, it helps a lot to maintain performance during a workout. Best for heavy leg workouts. Great alternative to cluster dextrin (which is also excellent, but more expensive). For better dilution, shake the bottle or shaker very well immediately after introducing the product, otherwise bits remain undiluted). I recommend.
