Excellent complement

It is great for leveling carbohydrate macros without putting in unnecessary sugars. It has a slight sweet touch when dissolved in water but it is not unpleasant or difficult to digest. Maybe the only bad thing is that if you try to dissolve it with cold water it generates sticky but with warm water no problem. Totally recommended.

Es genial para nivelar macros a nivel de hidratos de carbono sin meterte azúcares de forma innecesaria. Tiene un ligero toque dulce al disolver en agua pero no resulta desagradable o difícil de digerir. Quizá lo único malo es que si lo intentáis disolver con agua fría se generan pegotes pero con agua templada ningún problema. Recomendado totalmente.
