Increased strength is noticeable
I have been taking them for a few months now and without a doubt the increase in strength and endurance in the exercises is noticeable. I have gone from doing 2-3 push-ups to 20 in repeated sets. In a glass of water it does not dissolve completely, it remains an earthy and tasteless drink that when you stop stirring it settles to the bottom. Lately I am mixing them with amino acids and bolero but I have also tried them with protein yogurt and they are not noticeable.
Los llevo tomando unos meses y sin duda se nota el incremento de fuerza y resistencia en los ejercicios. He pasado de hacer 2-3 flexiones de brazos a 20 en series repetidas. En un vaso de agua no se disuelve por completo, queda una bebida terrosa y sin sabor que al dejar de remover se aposa en el fondo. Últimamente los estoy mezclando con aminoácidos y bolero pero también los he probado con yogurt de proteínas y no se notan.

No me produce malestar, se absorbe muy bien. Si la tomas junto con tu proteína habitual no altera el sabor. Si la tomas sola con agua sí le da un poco de sabor, yo si la tomo sola con agua pongo un poco de edulcorante. Voy por el 3r paquete y sin duda, seguiré repitiendo.

Good value for money product
I have been taking this creatine for a month, a dose of 5g per day and the truth is that I am noticing an improvement in performance and endurance during training. It is a very good product if we look at its quality-price ratio. If I had to put a downside it would be in the packaging because as the product runs out it costs a bit to put the dipper to take the dose.

Es un muy buen producto si nos fijamos en su calidad-precio. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería en el envase ya que a medida que se va agotando el producto cuesta un poco meter el cazo para coger la dosis.
