Good product

I had never taken creatine before; I have a tendency to sarcopenia, even though I train with weight. I have noticed quite a difference, especially in energy and that I have been able to increase the number of repetitions, plus I have not had any gastric or intestinal discomfort, so I am very happy with the first effects of this supplement.

Nunca antes había tomado creatina; tengo tendencia a la sarcopenia, pese a que entreno con peso. He notado bastante diferencia, sobre todo en la energía y que he podido aumentar el número de repeticiones, además no he tenido ningún tipo de molestia gástrica o intestinal, así que muy contenta con los primeros efectos de este suplemento
