Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are oligosaccharides that naturally come from plants such as onion, chicory, garlic, asparagus, banana, and artichoke among many others.
Each serving provides:
Start mixing ½ a teaspoon (5g) to water or juice. Increase the amount gradually up to 2 teaspoons (20g), according to taste.
