Standardized turmeric juice powder (derived from fresh turmeric rhizome juice, Curcuma longa, CurcuFRESH™, 20 mg of total curcuminoids/ per capsule), coating agent [vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], rice flour, anti-caking agents [fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source)].

Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. It is a good supplement
I especially like it because you only have to take one tablet a day, other times I have bought other turmeric supplements where the dosage was two tablets a day. I personally do not notice the effect when I am taking this supplement continuously, but I do notice it if for whatever reason I have been a few weeks without taking it.
