Medium chain triglyceride oil is a type of oil that is produced from palm or coconut oil by fractionation.
It contains a higher density of fatty acids C8:0 (Caprylic acid), C10:0 (Capric acid) and C12:0 (Lauric acid), types of fatty acids sought by those on a keto diet.
