Ideal product
It is ideal if it is in drops, as it allows to adapt the dosage according to each person. In my case, only 4 drops are enough, instead of the recommended dose of 12 drops.

Good product. Effective and fast. The good thing about being liquid is that the dosage is modulable. You can use the 20 drops indicated or adapt it to your needs. In my case 10 drops are enough.

Good but too sweet
Convenient format as you can adapt the dose of melatonin according to needs but it is very sweet, so if I forget to take it before brushing my teeth at night and I remember it just at bedtime I can no longer take it, which is a point against it from my point of view.
Formato conveniente ya que se puede adaptar la dosis de melatonina según necesidades pero es muy dulce, por lo que si olvido tomarla antes del cepillado de dientes nocturno y lo recuerdo justo en el momento de acostarme ya no la puedo tomar, cosa que es un punto en contra desde mi punto de vista.
