The best liquid melatonin I have tried so far. Effective even at half the recommended dose. Can be used sublingually for a faster effect. The worst thing, the taste, it tastes a bit like syrup, but it is not unpleasant.

There are nights when I find it hard to sleep....diez drops and you fall like a baby, I always have a bottle and when there is little left I am already asking for another one. The taste is strong and bitter but as they are just a few drops it is not unpleasant and it goes away quickly.
Hay noches en que me cuesta coger el sueño....diez gotas y caes como un bebé, siempre tengo un bote y cuando queda poco ya estoy pidiendo otro. El sabor es fuerte y amargo pero como son unas gotitas no es desagradable y se te quita en seguida
