Better rest.
Since I started taking it 3 times a day together with magnesium bisciglinate, I notice a better muscle recovery and better rest at night.

Very good quality at the best price. I combine it with other types of magnesium and potassium when I finish training. Highly recommended. Tablets a little big but they break well in half.

It fulfills its purpose. To put some downside, I would say that the tablets are somewhat large, what I do is split them in half to make it easier for me to swallow them.
