Away from the anti-cancer properties of turmeric I would like to highlight the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric. Great utility in concurrent sports (crossfit). Great convenience since, obviously we can get it in any greengrocer or vegetable store, but we save much of the work.

Gran comodidad ya que, obviamente la podemos conseguir en cualquier frutería o tienda de hortalizas, pero nos ahorramos gran parte del trabajo.
