The Best Vitamin C Supplement Without a Doubt!
This Vitamin C supplement for me is the best in all aspects of all those I've tried, because it has a fairly economical price for the effectiveness it has...I take two capsules a day, and I notice both when I do my workouts because my muscles notice it and besides now for the dates we are to avoid colds and others..to me at least it helps me a lot in both senses, apart that it is a cheap supplement for how effective it is...if you take supplementation for your muscles, for me this is a must...100% recommended.
Este suplemento de Vitamina C para mi es el mejor en todos los aspectos de todos los que he probado,pues tiene un precio bastante economico para la efectividad que tiene...yo tomo dos capsulas al dia,y lo noto tanto a la hora de realizar mis entrenamientos pues lo notan mis musculos y aparte ahora por las fechas que estamos para evitar catarros y demas..a mi al menos me ayuda bastante en los dos sentidos,aparte que es un suplemento barato para lo efectivo que es...si tomas suplementacion para tus musculos,para mi este es un imprescindible...100% recomendado.
